Internet Connectivity Issues
Hi All,
Has anyone experienced internet connection issues recently? Even after calling Xfinity support they are not able to see anything on their side but nothing is wrong inside or at junction box in front of home.
This issue is intermittant and is not noticed due to some services or apps are cached. I noticed this when my work Avaya phone disconnects, then I run a constant PING to google and Xfinity's primary DNS servers show Requested Response Failed every so often when it should not show at all.

Calling Xfinity Support, they have not seen anything on their systems to indicate issues. These issues have been ongoing for at least 1 month and is hard to troubleshoot.
Went to the extreme and rented their modem because they claimed my currently supported Modem is not accessible to troubleshoot and run diagnostics.
Yesterday, due to storms previously surfaced issues they had to send a tech to investigate just outside the community onto the main road.
Anyone have these issues and can share what has been done to resolve permanently?

It stopped for my house thankfully. Just call Xfinity constantly and be persistent until they come over. Make sure to make screenshots of your connection being dropped from a computer to prove it so they don't charge you for a tech visit. Good luck.

How can I check the event log? I would like to be able to see the timing of these crashes.
