And are you still having trouble getting it connected to the internet? Are you attempting to hook it up wirelessly (to the WiFi), or are you using an ethernet cable to connect it directly to your modem?
I have intermittent internet connection problems. I've had two technicians (three appointments) come to house. They've done several different things but haven't resolved the issue. I have another appointment for tomorrow but I'm afraid I'll get the same guy again for the third time. I need internet (like everyone) so I need to find someone who can fix it. Can I request a different technician?
