Internet connection

I cant even open the Xfinity app with Internet on within my phone. I have to turn it off and use mobile data just to post this. The connection and sudden price increase without so much as an email is beyond infuriating. I cant play a game on xbox without freezing in an intense firefight. There have been zero help, if it wasnt the only service i can have in this apartment I would switch companies.
