Internet Connection
My internet connection is has been problematic for several months and I cannot find resolve. Connecting to a website or email there is a long lag and sometimes the website will not load. This problem is constant through the day and evening. Streaming Netflix or other online content is not affected however, oddly enough. I've called Comcast multiple times and I cannot get resolve to this problem. My neighbors have also complained of the same problem. When the Comcast technician came to my home he said the router was fine and all the connections. He did make the comment there is a "reverse tilt" and my house is "at the end of the line". Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
Is this a WiFi connection ?

Hello, @vradivoj, I hope my reply finds you at a good time. I'm sorry to hear about the slow speed. Is this happening with strictly a wireless connection? When you have a moment click on my username and use the send message option. If you can include your name and service address we can take a closer look at your signal quality and connection.
