Internet connection through ethernet, but Wi-Fi is not available on any devices

This is the second time in the last 5 days that my Xfinity wi-fi has disappeared on my devices. The first time this happened everything just connected out of the blue, but today that is not the case. My computer is connecting fine through ethernet, but cell phones, printers, laptops, etc. are not even coming up with my Wi-Fi's name. I have checked the admin tool and Bridge mode is disabled, Internet has a green check, but everything else has red x's. Is this a hardware issue, do I need a new Gateway/router?

user_v62h2g Good morning! We appreciate you reaching out to our Community Forums Team for assistance with your network, and Wi-Fi connection. I'm happy to help out in any way I can. You mentioned you don't have your Bridge mode enable. Have you tried to put your modem in Bridge mode if you are using a mesh system like Google or Eero device? Can you please try that, and let us know if that it work for you?
