Internet Connection Keeps Dropping.'

Good evening,

Recently in my area there was an upgrade to the internet equipment. Ever since that uprade. our internet has constantly been dropping. It's happened twice today around 3-4 hours ago and again at around 10:20 PM EST, we already went through troubleshooting, the cables have remained untouched, and then the router reconnects itself on its own. It's been very unstable.

We also experienced random drops yesterday.
