Internet Connection Issue with MacBook and Windows PC
Hi Team,
I am a new user and I'm currently experiencing a specific internet connection issue.
While my other devices like my iPhone and iPad are working perfectly, both my MacBook and Windows PC are unable to access the internet.
They show as connected to the modem/Wi-Fi, but there is "No Internet" status.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Restarted both the MacBook and Windows PC.
Power cycled (reset) the modem multiple times.
"Forgot" the Wi-Fi network on both computers and reconnected.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists only on my computers. Could you please look into this and provide further assistance?
