Internet connection drops regularly even with xfinity modem
This is really frustrating issue which has been going on since past 6 months where the internet connectivity drops out of no where. Have had multiple calls and chats with online support, modem replaced, connecition put on monitoring, even had technician visit but there is no resolution.
The online support does the usual script of checking health of modem, restarting which clearly is not resolving the issue. The issue seems to be with the wiring since modem goes red when connection drops, but online support is of not much help. Can someone help fix this permanently?
