Internet connection drops every 20 minutes and 30 seconds.

For the last two weeks my internet connection drops every 20 minutes and 30 seconds for about 10 seconds.

I have had one visit where technician replaced line in backyard with no change.

I have a constant ping to first hop out and it runs clean but then I lose 5 to 15 replies exactly 20 min. and 30 sec. apart.

I have removed every outer device, cable comes in house directly to xfinity device, no splitters. My laptop is connected to xfinity via Ethernet.

If im on a teams call during outage all voice and video stops for about 15 seconds.

Hey there @user_2ifjzx thanks so much for reaching out to the community with these connection concerns!  It looks like the photo added is a broken link, would you be able to re-add it? Also is this a personal modem or Xfinity-leased? Is the laptop the only device that's experiencing this type of issue?

 

Have you had an opportunity to look over the amazing knowledgebase articles we have on internet troubleshooting?  These are super helpful, especially for intermittent issues.
