Internet Connection Dropping

So at this point our internet has been dropping at least 5-10 times a day, every day, since probably before February. I've reached out to support to try and get some sort of explanation or fix and although it seemed to have been fixed once or twice it of course returned back to dropping and its regular issues. I checked the logs and I've seen that there have been plenty of other individuals with the same exact modem, logs, and overall issues. Since I have to be online as its my source of income currently losing connection is a massive no for me. If there is any sort of fix or solution or even idea for why this is happeneing please let me know and I'll tell you if I've done that.
