internet connection dropping with Eero modem in bridge mode

I have installed an Eero mesh system and I'm experiencing internet drop-outs constantly. I have put the modem in bridge mode, disabled the internet hotspot (as was suggested in another forum) and recycled the modem and Eero routers several times. Is there any other setting I need to change to stop the dropouts? This is primarily affecting my work VPN and is very annoying.

@user_ea8e66 Thank you for reaching out to the Xfinity Forum team. I understand that you are using a Eero modem in bridge mode but continue to run into connection issues. I would like to take a closer look at your network. 

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
