Internet connection dropping frequently

Hi,

My home Internet connection drops frequently, contacted Xfinity customer care but they are not able to resolve.

Please find the logs from my modem below. Any help in this is much appreciated

It may be helpful to post your event logs as well. See what codes you get. It appears to be an issue across the xfinity platform mostly affecting people who purchased their own modems (to save money and rightly so). We are all hoping for a resolution to this issue but based on Xfinity's track record, I'm not holding my breath.

Those are the router component's event log entries and they are unhelpful, unfortunately... Are there any modem component RF error log entries being shown ? If so, please post them in their entirety.

Maybe not, because we've seen many posts here recently indicating that they have now blocked the end user from accessing the modem component's RF signal error log entries in the Comcast-supplied gateway devices. A BIG mistake in my opinion......

@EG​ Thank you for your response. Unfortunately no other logs apart from System Log, Event Log and firewall log. Yeah Xfinity doesn't allow much options for us to triage the issue.
