Internet connection dropping every 10-15 minutes

I'm pretty sure that the signal from the Xfinity box to my modem is corrupted. Here's the log from my Surfboard modem below. What can I do to resolve this? My service is unusable for work, i.e. video conferencing, at this point.

The signal status values at that snapshot in time were in spec (although the downstreams are a bit on the low / weak side) but it appears that there is a large amount of corrected and uncorrected bit errors.

Are there any modem RF error log entries being shown ? If so, please post them as well in their entirety (copy and paste them, don't post a screenshot) but redact the CM MAC and the CMTS MAC addresses for your privacy. They are considered to be personal information. The posting of personally identifying information is a violation of their forum guidelines. The forum bot will not allow your post to be seen publically.
