Internet Connection Cuts out Randomly
Hello,
I have been having internet connectivity issues the last few weeks where the connection would just drop for several seconds several times an hour. Watching YouTube or browsing the web isn't affected too bad, however any itnernet calls such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams completely cut out, and online games become unresponsive whenever the connection is dropping like this. I have been on the phone with Comcast customer support and all they can tell me is to make sure all my cables are tightened, and that my ethernet cord is good, which they both are.
Has anyone else had this issue? The internet icon on my desktop doesn't show no internet, and the light on the modem doesn't change.
Any help would be appreciated.

Okay thank you, it's showing a high upstream power level. I'm in a dormitory and don't have access to any of the cables beyond my modem. Is this something I would need a technician to come in and fix or take a look at?
