Internet broken over a week ASAP

Hello, the Internet has been down for my apartment for over a week now when I ask the Social(my apartment) workers to get it fixed, they tell me to contact you every time. It’s kicked me and all my roommates out of our network and says incorrect password. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible. please reach me back at [Edited: "Personal Information"]

user_dkwzdy I'm sorry to hear the internet service has been down for a week. That's not the experience we would like you to have. Have you tried rebooting the modem manually or through the Xfinity App? Have you checked the coaxial connection on both ends (wall plate and modem) to make sure it's tight and not damaged?
