Internet Bouncing/Dropping multiple times a day

My internet keeps dropping (Boucning) multiple times a day.  It happens for a few seconds to a min or so and then comes back up.  I work from home and thought it was my VPN, but its not.  I kept my Google Nest (music) on, while working today (on my laptop).  My speeds are good when Im up -- 258.2 Download / 17 UPload.  But everything drops ... Google Nest, Email, vpn, Google internet... ALL internet devices.   PLEASE HELP; this has been happening for a week and I thought it was my laptop and/or VPN, but proved today it is not.  Can you please put a test on for 12 hours to see how often it drops ?

What do the modem's signal status values look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem / gateway device ?

Thank you @user_37xp20, for reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Community Forums.

We are sorry to hear about the problems you're having with your internet, as someone who also works from home I completely understand how important a steady connection is.

Were you able to check your signals as mentioned above by our expert?
