Internet and streaming stops working at night
I have done all the troubleshooting, restarting, connection checking and cannot solve a problem with streaming, which happens after 7:30 p.m. but is fine in the morning. Alternatively, internet is fine in morning but my X1 box gives a message that it is not connected to the internet, however it will play the channel that the tv was on when the tv was turned off, but will not change to any channels and voice command won’t work. In the evening when I run the tests, it says there isn’t enough bandwidth. Why is there no bandwidth in the evening? I live alone and don’t game or download. It’s been close to two weeks of this problem and it’s strange that it is only happening at night. It’s frustrating as I cannot stream or use the internet at night.

@Samo1, I am sorry to hear that your internet stops working in the evening. This is certainly a unique situation. I truly can’t imagine the headache this has caused you. I am sure we can get to the bottom of this working together.
First, is it just your WiFi disconnecting? What type of modem and router do you use? Have you tried a device hardwired to the modem during this time for troubleshooting purposes?
How many devices do you have connected to WiFi? The number of devices that are connected to your network can make a difference depending on the speed tier that you are subscribed to. The more devices you have connected, the higher the download speed that would be recommended/necessary. For example, 100Mbps download is recommended for up to 5 devices at a time.
