Internet Access Problem

Hello, I’ll start with that I live in an apartment complex with a business plan that has many apartments. My wifi is the only one in the complex doing this and has happened one time before about a month ago. My wifi shows up on my phone via wireless, but when I try to connect to it, it just continuously loads and will never connect to it. Similar problem with Ethernet. When I try to log onto anything with an Ethernet it just won’t connect. For example, my PS5 says took to long to obtain IP. Also I’ve been on support calls the last 3 days trying to figure this out and have gotten multiple answers. They support staff is also unable to set my account up with a meeting with a Tech. This is how the problem was resolved last time. I’m not sure what to do, I can’t get a tech out here, none of the support staff can help me and my apartment tells me to go to xfinity. Does anyone have any advice or have had this problem?
