Intermittently unable to access my email and other webpages.
The problem is that I intermittently cannot send or receive email when connected through my Xfinity home internet. This issue does not occur when I use my Verizon connection or when I connect through Xfinity while on a VPN. Additionally, I tested using a local Xfinity Wi-Fi hotspot, and the issue does not occur there either. I can consistently bypass this intermittent issue by using my paid VPN service. My email is hosted with my web hosting provider, which also manages my website and cPanel mail services.
Based on this, it appears the problem is isolated specifically to my home Xfinity connection and not related to my hosting provider.
As a test case, I use access to sh00144.bluehost.com:2083 (my cPanel mail interface). This endpoint becomes inaccessible when the issue occurs, and I use it to validate connectivity with the above listed networks. My email services are hosted on this same server.
Unfortunately, the Xfinity Assistant has not been helpful, as it only suggests troubleshooting steps I have already completed and ultimately indicates the issue is not on their end.
