Intermittent Wi-Fi outage

My Internet is continuously going in and out throughout the day. The service was more reliable BEFORE the new buried line was installed.

I am requesting that this be escalated beyond routine modem/Wi-Fi troubleshooting. I need a technician to inspect the physical buried drop line, connections, fittings, ground block, and signal levels and determine whether the newly buried line or its connections are causing an intermittent signal problem.

Please also have the technician check whether this needs to be referred to the Xfinity line/network maintenance team.

I have already spent considerable time with regular customer service and do not want to repeat basic troubleshooting. I need the physical outside line investigated.

Please have an Xfinity representative review my account and arrange the appropriate field technician/line investigation. I would also like a case number for this request.
