Intermittent WiFi drops

I am experiencing periodic Internet outages that generally resolve within a few minutes.  The WiFi signals for every device in the house are affected every time this happens.  It's a small condo, with every device within 20 feet or so of the router, so it's not a signal strength issue.  Furthermore, resetting the router doesn't not help.  The Xfinity chat assistant is completely unhelpful and I've been unable to reach an actual human representative to help, regardless of how many times I've called the xfinity support number.

My kingdom for actual technical assistance!  I suspect this will require an actual human to visit my residence and troubleshoot.

Thanks!

Hello @goldenrichard , Thanks for posting here on Xfinity Forums. Sorry to hear about the repeated service interruptions. We would be happy to check what is happening on our end. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address, and we will take a deeper look into the account.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
