Intermittent tv and internet

Tv and internet keep going out.  Currently no picture or sound. Error codes xre 03090 and xre 10007. Tried restarting and sending signal to no avail.

First. When these outages occur, are they being officially indicated here with any info about them ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Currently says advanced modem status unavailable, voice data modem online and all other devices status unavailable. Could be due to the recent refresh.  I was upgraded to x class last week.  Seems like a lot of freezing when watching tv, or total black out.  When I run a test the wifi is out as I have to toggle it off on my phone in order to access the xfinity app.  Then it says no outages, up and running good/strong wifi when I know that’s not the case.

Finally got a hold of someone at xfinity and they say my modem is grey and not communicating with xfinity.  Another team will try and resolve within two hours.
