Intermittent partial IPv4 routing failures after gateway replacement

I already have a technician appointment scheduled for after my upcoming travel. However, because the appointment is approximately a week away and this appears to be an intermittent upstream IPv4 problem, I am requesting investigation before the visit.

My Xfinity gateway has already been replaced with an XB7. Overnight monitoring from a wired Ethernet computer documented repeated partial IPv4 outages across multiple unrelated destinations. During these failures, Google IPv4 and IPv6 may continue working while Cloudflare, Quad9, Xbox, Instagram, and other IPv4 connections time out before establishing a connection. Direct-IP tests fail as well, so this does not appear to be simply a DNS or Wi-Fi issue.

Traceroutes reach my gateway and early Comcast network hops before the affected routes stop responding. One overnight period also included a temporary loss of gateway connectivity. Automated Xfinity tests report the gateway as healthy because it remains online between these intermittent incidents.

Could an official Xfinity employee please open an advanced repair or network-maintenance ticket to investigate provisioning, CMTS/node health, DOCSIS history, and upstream IPv4 routing? Please also attach these findings to my existing technician appointment and provide the resulting ticket or reference number.

I can provide the monitoring logs, specific timestamps, and additional test results privately.
