intermittent packetloss

so after much chatGPT and troubleshooting it has come to the conclusion of this. I have been dealing with this for a few months now.

“I’m having intermittent Internet outages lasting a few seconds. During the outage, my gateway at 10.0.0.1 remains reachable, but Internet connectivity drops simultaneously to multiple destinations, including 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8, and Comcast upstream hops. I have also observed another device on the same connection losing Internet at the same time. The XB8 remains connected and the channel locks don't drop during the event.

Any suggestions?
