Intermittent Packet Loss

Starting yesterday I started getting intermittent packet loss. Every ten minutes or so I will lose data for around ten seconds and then it starts working normally. A tech came today and checked the lines and replaced the gateway device and the issue still persists. I've eliminated my LAN as a potential cause as this happens with only one ethernet device connected and with wifi disabled, and happens on both a desktop and laptop while they are the only device in the LAN using different ethernet cables.

Thanks for reaching out to us,  I do apologize for any inconvenience as I work from home and have two teenagers that are online gamers so having this stable steady connection is a must in our home.

 

Since the tech left have you tried doing any troubleshooting via our awesome xfinity  app https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting  or even tried rebooting your modem by unplugging the power cord from the wall and then plugging it back in?
