intermittent outages for several weeks now

I am unable to get past the bot on the phone.  Im clocking over an hour and half now trying: I am just ignoring prompts and literally screaming live agent and it just keeps looping and looping.  It hung up on me twice and now I am on my third call and hopefully waiting to see if I can get someone by using a billing prompt.

I consistently have intermittent outages: yes I have rebooted, unplugged, etc etc etc.  Finally the chat bot says I need an appointment but will have a fee for it.  I cannot find anything about a fee and why would I have a fee if this is an Xfinity issue?  Can anyone offer advice on what to do?

AI is HORRIBLE - take note Xfinity your customers hate it!  I might just be leaving after two months.

Good afternoon @user_d7qg9g, and thank you for creating a post on our Forums so we can address with your concerns. We are sorry to see that you are so frustrated but understand where you are coming from and will forward your feedback regarding your phone experience.

I see you had questions regarding a technician fee. A fee may be applied if the issue is with the customer's equipment or inside wiring. If the issue is outside the home with our lines or with our equipment or network, there is no charge for the visit. For more information, I have included the following link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/prepare-for-your-service-visit. Do you have any additional questions on your service visit or would you like assistance getting scheduled?
