Intermittent Outage
I am having an intermittent outage of approximately 10 minutes every hour. During one of the outages I was able to log on to the app and the Xfinity Assistant chatbot found that it couldn't see my modem, but by the time I got a 10 minute text back it was back up. It is still going down about 10 minutes every hour. The chatbot does not appear to have an option for an intermittent issue. How can I report this problem?

Does your modem power off when this happens?
Do you receive any official text alerts from us stating the connection is down?
