Intermittent internet

Hello, 

Over the last week internet service has been intermittent. Approximately 2 times an hour there is no service available.

user_7q1ku8 Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can make sure your Xfinity internet connection is steady and reliable. What troubleshooting steps have you completed already? 
Please check the coax connection at the back of the cable box and where it connects to the coax outlet on the wall. Are both ends tight and secure? We recommend tightening these by hand because using a tool can overtighten them and bend the internal copper wire, which can result in connection issues.
