Intermittent Internet Outages
I've been experiencing intermittent outages for my internet service since the beginning of Jan (2023). Up until then, the service was outstanding but not I'm wondering if I should look into switching to Fiber or anther provider.
Hopefully someone can shed some light as to why this started happening.

Please redact all of the CM MAC and the CMTS MAC addresses in your error log entries for your privacy. They are considered to be personal information. The posting of personally identifiable information is a violation of their forum guidelines. The forum bot will not allow your post to be seen publically. It flagged your post as "Private".

You are in the same crowded boat as others that have the same modem. All have issues starting around the new year. Do you have the 21.3.7 firmware? That is what most MB8611 users have and seems to be the issue.
You will most likely be asked to have a tech come out and check your lines(which are probably ok). Then be asked to either rent a modem from Xfinity ($15 a month, $180 a year) or buy another modem. All solutions cost money now. Motorola hasn't helped me either. I could get a replacement under warrantee but I need to pay to send it back. Also it will be updated with 21.3.7, so I don't think it would work.
These are all my opinion from mine and others experience with this issue. Please post any solutions if you find any, it would be greatly appreciated.
