Intermittent Internet Loss - Neighborhood Experiences it
Hi. I'm curious, myself and my neighbors all experence internet slowness and outages at the same time. It's becoming frequent in the last week. Is Xfinity not serving the strongest internet signal at all times? I think it just get a degraded signal at times due to usage. I think this because I live in State College PA. All summer there were no issues. Now students are returning to college, and in the past few days internet is getting worse. It's like with the increase of populate in town, the internet connection gets worst. I had an Xfinity person in the past say they will boost my signal when I had issues. Why do I not have the highst signal at all times as I'm paying for internet? I was without internet for 4 hours this morning while I was away. That is not acceptable. It's interesting that I can text "OUTAGE" to the Xfinity number a few times and then I get internet back. That's what I just did and it worked again.
