Intermittent internet drops

Hi, I'm getting intermittent drops on internet. This is impacting work from home, gaming, etc - Just disconnects entirely and resets every so often.

I keep having to disconnect and reset router to login, which means I can't interface with the modem when it's losing internet to see if things flux...  but here's also some power specs




Any thoughts?? Bit lost here.

I will say - We purchased this home, and there's 4-5 coax cables in 4 rooms. I'm wondering if splitters or something is causing issues? Not sure how I could test or confirm, etc.
