Intermittent Internet Drop
The WIFI connection is always EXCELLENT.
This is my second TV with the same problem. This has been going on for a while, and to prove it's not the TV, I replaced it.
The Router (ARRIS TG3482G), the TV is a Samsung Smart TV with a ROKU EXPRESS device. Why? I prefer the simplicity of ROKU.
The Xfinity app WIFI test always passes with speeds greater than expected; however it only tests WIFI connections, and never the integrity of the internet connection.
On my ROKU wireless or iPad wireless, or a cell phone, any device that requires steaming content over WIFI, it always buffers and often drops altogether.
This is now unbearable; and if there is no solution, I will be forced to find better service elsewhere.

Hello, @SmarterMonkey. Thank you for reaching our team regarding the connection issues. Glad to hear the speeds are doing well. Do you see any splitters that are connected between the modem and wall plate? In addition, can you please make sure that the coax cable on the wall plate and to the modem are both finger tight?
