Intermittent drops in upload picking back up after xfinity Router software profile update

I recently made a post about intermittent drops that had been pretty well resolved for a bit, but after a couple weeks the problem is starting to come back more frequently.

I've been using Pingplotter to track these issues and they always seem to happen around the same time, usually sometime between 7-8ish PM with zero to minimal other issues throughout the day, the red is packet loss with the external source, so not my home network equipment.

They are definitely not as long of an issue, but they are still occurring on a frequent basis, which is similar to the last time this was addressed.

Here's my router info

I'm curious if there's something to be done about the upstream power levels as they are on the low end of normal, I do have a splitter on the coax but the last tech that was here said that was help prevent noise in the signal. Just seems like my internet needs a little extra something to help get through what appears to be signal noise at the same-ish time nearly every day. Some days are still good, where this isn't an issue, but this is something I'd rather nip in the bud if possible.

Just following up to amend some more instances of this happening, most of which were happening in the time frame mentioned above, there was also a good 25 minutes of this situation happening Saturday around noon but I'm not going to chalk that up to whatever is happening in my situation as there was real bad wind in the Chicagoland area and others were also experiencing service issues.

As mentioned these are not long issues but they are significant, frequent, and predictable making me think there's most likely a solution to solve this. A seem to remember a while ago that a tech put a splitter at the main tap for my complex for me, that may possibly be no longer needed since there's a splitter in my unit? I'm not sure, but doing my own research on this situation is my best way to get SOME direction on how to proceed.
