Intermittent Drops - DRIVING ME INSANE!
How do I correct the frustrating problem of intermittent drops that constantly disconnect me from my cloud apps throughout the day? This has been happening for the past year! Every time I talk to an Xfinity cs person, they can't find anything wrong. It's like being in a horror movie and you feel like everyone is trying to make you think you're insane. Anyone else going through this or am I REALLY insane???
