We have been having momentary drops in our home internet. After doing some investigations on our Arris Docsis modem I found this information. I checked the MAC addresses. One is our modem. The other looks like its a Cadent Cable Modem Termination System equipment. Is that a device on Xfinity's end? Any help will be very welcome. This problem has affected our children's access to their remote learning from school. Thank you.
