Intermittent Disconnections: No Ranging Response Errors Received
Hi ever since I purchase this service, I have been seeing T3 time-outs for a few hours every week or some times a few errors in a month, which causes a loss of connection. Once I restart the modem and I am reconnected, the connection is stable for awhile. I see the following message in the event log after the modem comes back up and the problem starts all over again:
No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=[REDACTED];CMTS-MAC=[REDACTED];CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;
I replaced the modem and am getting the same errors. Any ideas on the next steps to resolve this?

I'm still in the process of getting an appointment scheduled for this visit. But Id like to report that I received a scam message via text message to contact [Edited: "Invalid Phone Number"] at the exact same time as I was scheduling this appointment. There is a form post about this dated from 2020. These guys must have back end access to Comcast to time these communications, and since it's been happening for at least 4 years im not too confident about reporting this to their abuse team. If anyone has any ideas to get this issue to the top of the food chain at Comcast, let me know because this is a serious issue that Comcast must be implicit in, either by ignorance, or by some employee leaking information.
