Intermittent Connectivity

Good Afternoon,

I've been having intermittent connectivity issues for months now. I’ve gone through the app and used the Xfinity assistant to troubleshoot everything and nothings changed. I’ve tried power cycling my router, forgetting my network on all devices and re-connecting to it and nothing changes. It’s unpredictable and happens at all hours of the day. It’ll just drop out for a few minutes and then come back up and no changes. 

I’ve checked all of my connections and the router never shows any signs of issues. I also have run speed tests and I’ll have good upload and download speeds until it decides to drop out again. I’ve called customer support and they say there’s no issues on their end so there’s nothing they can do. (No outages, problems with my router or network or etc)

I’d love to not be using all cellular data and nothing from my internet, and to be able to make it through an episode of anything in less than 2 hours again. Thank you!

@XfinityJosephB​ I went to send you a DM but your name doesn’t pop up in the directory. There’s a Joseph and a Joseph F. But no Joseph B.
