Intermittent connectivity issues - up to 30-40% ping loss over the past 10d

Using Smokeping to track network and over the past 10d I have seen periodic packet loss of up to 30-40% - not enough for an 'outage' but enough to hamper network activity:

1/28 - issue started about midnight and has yet to resolve

1/26 - issue started about 11pm and resolved around 5am

1/25 - issue started around 330am and resolved around 10am

1/20 - issue started about 7am and ran until roughly 10am

1/19 - issue started about 11pm and resolved around 1pm on 1/20

Trying to raise the issue with support keeps sending me to a chatbot - I have the graphs to provide whomever may be interested
