Intermittent Connectivity Drops

Hello,

We have been experiencing very dissapointing connectivity. Afternoons and evening seem especially bad with frequent drops. I'm hard wired directly into the modem, so it's not wifi related. 

I'm paying a premium on my connection and shouldn't be having these issues.

Any help is appreciated.
