Intermittent connection with Microsoft Teams

Hi - I have the X1 gateway and experience intermittent connectivity issues where calls are dropped and then with a delay they reconnect.  It looks like your team has received multiple requests on this same topic and wonder if you can help.  I don't see a direct message option as has been described elsewhere or I would have done that to get tech support to address whatever parameters in the gateway may be interfering.

Thanks,

user_o2grw8 Thanks for reaching out about you connection issue when using teams. Do you use a VPN by chance when you are using the Teams system?

I have the exact same issue. Started 2 months back when i got xfinity in my apartment. Upgraded the speed but that hasn’t helped. Everything else works fine, just MS Teams that’s patchy.

Hi there, @user_btvbcz I'm very sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with your connection while you are on teams. I definitely understand how frustrating this can be for you. Are you currently using a VPN while connected to teams? If so, have you tried connecting through teams without a VPN to see if there is any difference?-Richard
