Intermittent Connection Loss

I recently moved, only about two blocks away. Since then, I have experienced several (5-10 times per hour) disconnections of around 5-10 seconds each.

I took my gateway with me to the new house and used the app to set it up, no issues except the connection loss I have described above. After speaking with Xfinity, it appeared that my set up in the app did not transfer to the new address. The fix was to get a new gateway that was attributed to my new address.

With the new gateway, the disconnects have not stopped. This afternoon, I was completely disconnected and it took a hard reset of the gateway to come back online.

I have used AI to try and diagnose my problems. I have been pinging to different IPs. My local 10.0.0.1 does not time out. My 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 return with "Request timed out" every time the internet drops connection. Here is the AI response to my issues, Xfinity support does not help when I reach an agent with this prompt:

"I'm experiencing intermittent 5–10 second Internet outages. During the outages, my local gateway at 10.0.0.1 continues responding normally, but external IPs completely time out. I have also captured "Destination host unreachable" responses from 174.62.116.226 and a 1079 ms response immediately after the outage. I have a new Xfinity gateway that is provisioned to my correct address. Please check the line for intermittent signal problems, upstream noise, T3/T4 timeouts, and packet loss rather than just running the normal speed test."
