Intermittent connection issues while gaming
I experience spotty connections while playing games both on my computer and on my console. Both use my Xfinity wifi to connect to the internet. When I'm not gaming and am just browsing the internet or watching a youtube video, the connection is fine, but when I try to play a game that needs a connection (multiplayer minecraft, fortnite, splatoon3, etc) my internet connection gets terrible or even drops entirely. I've done all the connection troubleshooting, restarted my modem multiple times, done all the recommended steps and still have this issue. The only thing I can think of is that I moved recently and had to set up my xfinity account at my new place, which is where all the connection issues have been happening. didn't have these issues with the same set up at my old place.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
