Intermittent Connection Drops with Lots of Uncorrectable Codewords on Modem Log. Netgear CM1000v2

I've been having intermittent drops in my connection over the past several weeks. A service outage in my area was repaired around the time that my problem started happening. The connection drops long enough to kick me out of a video conference or online game. During disconnects of the latter, my friends can hear my voice become robotic as the connection dies.

I have an ethernet connection from my PC to an unmanaged switch to a router to the modem. I have repeatedly reset the modem (and router, and unmanaged switch). The problem remains.

The Comcast robot detects no problems. The Comcast robot is wrong. 

Here are the Cable Connection and Event logs. The tables provided are currently the most recent (after approximately 31 hours of modem runtime). I have also provided screenshots of the same information from shortly after a reset which was prompted by a connection drop (0hours) and from a period of connection instability (20hours). I include this information because, based on my limited understanding, the upstream power fluctuates more than it should throughout these time periods.

I have inspected the interior coax cable. It seems fine and properly terminated, but I also don't know what I'm talking about. I can include a picture if that'd be helpful. I haven't unscrewed the coax in the box outside on the house, but have observed a small, thin, young vine climbing about halfway up the cable.

Hey Benjamin, hope all is good.

Yes, they are still happening. I had an issue about an hour ago in a Discord call. I could still hear my friends talking normally, but my voice was robotic and hard for them to understand for a minute or two. Does that suggest an upload issue? Also, my friend and I were both dropped from an online game we were playing together for around 2 hours this morning. The drops are brief, but still disruptive and irregular. 

The Xfinity Assistant doesn't seem to detect any issues, though managing to have it scan while they're happening is difficult.
