Intermittent Connection Drops: TLV-11 - unrecognized OID; No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out - Arris SBG7400AC2 - Revisited

My connection drops multiple times daily.  I just had an Xfinity technician come this morning and they tested the line at the house and at the modem.  They also ran some new coax to avoid a splitter and replace some old wire.  But my upstream power continues to be low on all 4 UCID channels and I continue receiving intermittent connection drops. My upstream power is approximately 42 dBmV.  I understand the range for my SBG7400AC2 is supposed to be 45 to 51.  Is the low upstream power the problem?  If so, who can I speak with to improve this?  Also, can you please provide me the Case # for the truck roll that happened this morning?

user_f1b512 Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you are still having connection concerns after a local technician visit. Did the technician indicate that more work needed to be completed from the local maintenance team?
