Intermittent connection drop
Good morning over the last 2 weeks. I have been seeing intermittent connectivity at my house plus. My brother and I experience the same issue at the same time we both work from home last week. We had 2 maintenance technicians going from tap to tap Checking this signal qualities. It's awesome wasn't returned signal issuing our area. Can you please check and see? Or if I need replace my cable modem can you please reproll a note health check? And also I have Chuck on my modem the greatly appreciated.

Since April 8th we been experiencing a 7-12 minute outages 2-5 times a day. I've asked my neighbors and the report the same. We need someone to look in to this ASAP. My wife and I work from home and its been highly disruptive.
I run a network monitor called Zabbix that shows a historical graph showing this started April 8th.
We are in the North Port FL area off of Haberland BLVD.
