Intermittent but regular slowdowns with no direct support

Over the past 6 months I have experienced routine intermittent slowdowns to below 1mbps for 30min to 2hrs. No communication, no resolution, no ability to engage on this as Xfinity customer service is an endless minefield of AI bots serving up canned responses to routine questions. This service level is well below average and lack of any direct engagement to resolve is not worth my time to dig into the maze of tech that has been put in place between paying customers and representatives that could help or at least support mitigation for lost bandwidth time and cost.

My model and router setup are brand new and compliant with the Xfinity equipment list. I am writing this now from my cellular connection because my Xfinity internet cannot handle the dataflow.

Lastly, I'm at wits end with this service level and inconsistent internet. Fios reps must have heard about this in my neighborhood as they has two sales reps come by just last week to inquire about my service quality and offer me an improved customer experience.

Writing this all here because it doesn't seem that there is any other mechanism to share this input with Xfinity in person, on the phone, or via their main website without being filtered to a bot.
