Insanely high ping spikes around 6pm and 10pm
Hi I've been having this problem for a couple months now, around 6pm and 10pm the connection will get extremely unstable resulting in latency between 150-8000ms, so far they've tried replacing the router, replacing the outside cable, checking all the wiring in my house which they said looked good, and it still happens. What other solutions are there left to try at this point?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
