Insane jitter/latency spikes in Vancouver, WA area
I'm getting 300ms+ jitter in Vancouver, WA and it makes real-time applications perform at borderline unusable levels. I saw another thread about this, to which I would have just replied, but apparently you can't reply to threads here... so I'm not expecting much, but I figured I would voice my frustration at the subpar service quality anyway.
Support made me jump through all the usual hoops and couldn't solve anything, wanted to blame my modem for being 3rd party even though I know there's nothing wrong with it.
The problem happens at my very first hop which is 96.120.61.121, and I've seen this same culprit posted about from others in this area. Speeds are not affected, just line quality.
Edit: Apparently something as simple as posting an image is too much to be expected.

Can't see your pic. Since you are a new poster, it needs to be approved by a Forum Admin. That could take some time. In the interim, you could try hosting it at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to it here.

Connection was down for 2 hours this morning and when it came back up, it seems like the jitter has been resolved. Getting much better line quality now, despite being Friday night, so here's hoping whatever happened sticks...
