Increasing bill, lower internet connection

Have tried several times to fix the connections/speeds over last few months and they seem to be getting worse. I cannot even have more than two devices on at a time without having a problem. But some how my bill seems to be increasing these last few months as well. Will be switching companies if this doesn’t get resolved soon
