Inconsistent wifi speeds depending on the device

Our xfinity wifi is performing well overall.  However, we have a weird problem.  We can test 3 different devices in the same location and get different speeds.  Our router says 200+mbps.  Our cell phones test at the same.  My kid's game console (brand new) tests at around 60.  And my brand new Thinkpad won't go above about 25.  The console and laptop are connecting at 5.0, not sure about the phones.
